2. You send us your resume or Industry profile so that we have all of the information on your career. 

3. Our team at Industry will research who the hiring managers are and find out if there is an available role for you. Often times, businesses do not list job postings publicly even if they are hiring. If you are qualified for the role we will do everything in our power to connect you with the hiring manager and get you an interview.
